Preface 

In May of this year (2023), we facilitated one of our Intuitive Rebirth Practitioner Training retreats in Ubud, Bali. There is no more ecstatic feeling than a profound group of souls joining together upon sacred land with the intention of fully aligning with their potency and the uniqueness of their own innate healing gifts. As with any of these retreats, in May 2023, for seven days, we slipped into a realm without time. Twenty-three people gathered for a rebirth of self and a rebirth of their entire reality. 

Before we even arrive in Bali, the intention is not only set, but the work is done. In the shamanic journeying realms, long before anyone has ever met, it is done that their soul is free, that they have remembered their mission, and that each person is an unstoppable force of paradigm-uplifting love. All of this is well and truly done before anyone even sets foot on an airplane. In the shamanic journeying realms, I have met all entities that will be cleared from each participant before meeting them. I have felt the essence of what will be recovered from the realm of soul for each person. I have been shown so much before I even arrive. The vortex of transformation begins long before the retreat begins. Every psychic and shaman knows the illusion of linear time and the falsities of the perceived separation of physical space. I can feel you reading this book long before this moment now, when you hold it in your hands. Indeed, you can feel me writing these words long after this moment when I sit at this computer. What is that lucidity of time perception that we can attune to? It is our multidimensional selves remembering who we are.

So, as the twenty-three participants arrived at the retreat centre, they entered a vortex of transformation, a current of palpable energy. Upon arrival, I was reunited with my ally in service, a beloved friend and sister in the shamanic arts, Brittney Godden. She is a sister of incredible psychic sensitivity, so no words were needed. She took my hands and gazed deeply into my eyes. “Ooooffffffff,” she said as she melted into the wave of energy moving between us. She could feel the intensity of the energy vortex, just as I could. “It’s already done,” I said. She nodded her head in confirmation, with an electric smile. “Rhi, it’s already done.”

For the next seven days as facilitators, we surrendered ourselves into a paradigm of miracles and transformation. There was an intelligence within the space, a current of energy that partnered up each participant in unexplainable perfection for each practice healing. The intelligence that we were suspended in for this seven-day container even penetrated each participant’s dream space. The participants were performing profound healings on one another—while they slept! The dream state would then melt into the waking state, where the healing work would continue with even more depth and grace. The unexplainable magic was spellbinding. 

One beautiful man within the group was struggling deeply with internal voices of self-doubt and unworthiness. He was feeling unworthy of being at the retreat, and although each day he was beginning to shine more and more, I could still see a lost and frightened little boy in his eyes who was terrified by his very existence. As a psychic energy shaman, I see many energies within people as entities—entities of inorganic energetic frequency that have hooked into a person, distorting their thoughts and perceptions of self and the world around them. For the sake of this book, I will call this beautiful man Peter. To myself and Brit, Peter was obviously a gifted healer. Every time his voices of self-doubt and judgement softened, his soul would shine through. Each day, his free-flowing tears cracked his heart open to deeper vulnerability, and we could see him free from all masks and illusion more and more clearly. But still, it was as though something within him was holding on. Just as Peter would break open and feel immense feelings of joy and freedom, he would retreat back into himself, shaking and rubbing his head, grimacing at the pain of his own thoughts. I could see that Peter’s thoughts had been hijacked by an entity. Despite living a beautiful life at the time, after years of trauma and drug abuse, he had been opened to distorted energy frequencies that had been controlling his mind and his whole perception of his reality. 

Each day at the retreat, the energy would get higher and higher. Each day, the participants would uncover and release a deeper layer of that which was ready to be healed, and each day, the collective energy would rise to higher states of love and bliss. By day six, the participants were starting to spontaneously receive the full orgasmic ecstasy of their activated kundalini energy. Some participants were so deeply surrendered to love that their unique “light language” was spontaneously activating through them. By the afternoon of day six, the energy of the shala was so elevated and the palpable essence of Source was so undeniably present that each participant was moved into their own unique state of absolute surrender and receivership. Some were moved to dance their kundalini energy, some were moved to sing, and all were moved to tears as we wept together for the absolute joy of remembering the love that we are. 

And it was in that moment of the energy rising so high that the entity within Peter could not remain. Unbeknownst to the other participants, Peter became incredibly triggered by the space and the entire situation. Brit noticed Peter’s response and guided him to process the energy that was alive within him. In a very rapid, graceful, and powerful spontaneous exorcism, a grey cloud of distorted energy, visible in the shamanic realm, left Peter’s mouth with an intense cough that brought him to his knees. Peter was finally free! And the intelligence of the energy within the space waited until the love of day six was charged enough for the exorcism to take place with effortless ease.

The next morning in the sharing circle, Peter told a story to the group of how he had walked back to his room after the huge energy clearing with a smile on his face and a new spring in his step. He shared that for the previous few years, he’d been on medication to help him with the intensity of what he’d been feeling. He said that he was religious with taking the medication, but that yesterday morning, the day of the clearing, he’d forgotten to take it. He told the group that it was as though a force made him forget the medication so that he could feel deeply on that day, for just long enough to allow his triggers to arise in the presence of such divine love, so that he could finally be freed from the energy that had been controlling him. 

It was the intelligence frequency coordinating, orchestrating the whole symphony of the week to ensure that every single participant received the deepest healing and and most elevated transformation possible, with the grace of God. 

Later that morning, after the sharing circle, I said to Brit, “What is this frequency that we’re suspended in? It’s like there is a plant medicine without the plant. It’s like there is a current of medicine that is holding us and coordinating every single moment of every retreat, and all we need to do is show up and surrender.” Together we pondered, arm in arm, in deep reflection on and reverence for this incredible energy that was holding us in our work so safely, wisely, and lovingly. After a few minutes of silent contemplation, Brit smiled and laughed. An incredibly gifted psychic channel, she’d received a message: “It’s like it’s the medicine frequency of a rising and remembering humanity. It is as though humanity’s complete remembering and rebirth is in itself a medicine, and that is the frequency that is holding us and coordinating this whole thing. Rhi, it’s the fucking medicine of a rising humanity!” 

Of course! We both were in awe of the words she had just spoken. This medicine frequency was taking the partnered work into the deepest depths of true soul healing work. This medicine frequency was orchestrating the timing, the grace, and the perfection of each entity clearing. This medicine frequency was speaking through me each time I sat in front of the group to deliver discourse for each class. 

From this moment onwards, I began to call upon this energy. With every one-on-one session that comes my way, online or in person, I now summon this medicine frequency. For myself, on the days when I forget my mission and my purpose, I channel through this medicine frequency in song. This medicine frequency comes through me in a language of light that is the language of the awakened and rising humanity. This medicine frequency is the essence of the most potent rebirth of the Earth realm and all her people. This medicine frequency moves through you now and leaves no one behind. This medicine frequency guided you to pick up this book, and it will show you how to integrate the teachings of every word in these pages. 

These are times of great change on this planet, and there is a current of rebirth that is moving through all of us, that is moving through you now. 

So, as a channel for this medicine frequency, I felt the immense call to write, to ground the essence of this medicine in actionable and practical lessons that will assist you in your complete and absolute remembering of yourself as a soul. The lessons channeled in the first half of this book will activate you into your shamanic energy mastery. These lessons will empower you to process your emotional body, master your mind, upgrade your energy, and transmute inorganic entity frequencies, in order for you to ultimately become the energetic master you were always intended to be. 

But as I concluded the channeling of the fifteenth lesson, I felt that the book was incomplete. Something was missing. And so, I reflected on the moment when I became fully aware of the medicine frequency in that contemplative pause that I shared with Brit in Bali. Yes, I was there in Bali, sharing my own energetic mastery, showing up as the channel and conduit for this medicine frequency, but how had I arrived there? How did I arrive to lead a sold-out retreat, abundantly financially free to live my purpose day after day? How had I integrated my understanding of energy actionably into my daily life to fulfil my mission from a place of joy and fulfilment? How had I learnt to master my intuition with so much trust and certainty that I had arrived at this point in my life where I am so blessed to share my soul work from my heart, in paradise, in exchange for abundant reward?

Based on this moment of reflection, I now knew what was missing. I had to share the energetic integration piece from my own personal experiences as not just a healer, but as a leader, a businesswoman, a mother, and a wife. It was time to reveal the secrets to living a life of surrendered trust in order to receive the bountiful rewards that flow from that. And so, the second half of this book has not been channeled through me, but rather, it flows from me. The second half of this book is your boot camp for integration. It will teach you how to align with, listen to, and most importantly trust the intuition that seeks to guide you along your highest and brightest path. It will teach you the art of surrender, of jumping into trust and walking through the fire of fear in pursuit of the highest frequencies of truth, freedom, and love. 

The two halves of this book together create a profound journey for complete inner and outer transformation. You will be guided through a shamanic rebirth of self as channeled from the medicine current of an activated humanity, and then into a grounded rewiring of how to navigate through life, so that all of the channeled shamanic lessons can be given a path where they are grounded into actionable change. 

This is a journey of repatterning. This is a journey of forgetting everything that you have thought to be true about yourself. This is a journey of coming home to your absolute soul truth, your profound potential, your orgasmic pleasure and primal joy. This is a journey home to you, divine soul, and it begins here, with fifteen channeled lessons from the medicine frequency that I have come to call Awen.
