By registering and ticking the agreement box, you agree to all terms below. This agreement is governed under the laws of Western Australia.

1. Event Overview

This is a 2-day immersive healing experience focused on breathwork, energy work, emotional release, and spiritual connection.
It is:

  • Not a certification or practitioner training

  • Not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or medical treatment

You participate of your own free will and accept full responsibility for your experience.

2. Health & Eligibility

You confirm that:

  • You are fit—physically, emotionally, and psychologically—to safely participate in the workshop.

  • You do not have a history of psychosis or severe mental health disorders. This event is not suitable for individuals with these conditions.

  • You have disclosed or will disclose any medical, psychological, or trauma-related conditions that may impact your participation.

  • You are responsible for seeking appropriate medical or psychological support as needed.

3. Therapeutic Physical Touch

  • The workshop may include gentle, intentional hands-on energy healing from facilitators or fellow participants.

  • This touch is always offered in a safe, therapeutic, non-sexual context to support grounding, release, or emotional comfort.

  • If you are not comfortable with physical touch, you must notify the facilitators before or at the start of the event.
If no notice is provided, informed consent is assumed.

4. Herbal Tinctures

  • Voluntary, gentle herbal tinctures may be offered during the event for energetic and emotional support.

  • You understand these are optional, taken at your own discretion and risk.

  • The facilitator is not a trained herbalist, and no claims are made regarding their medical or therapeutic effects.

  • You accept full responsibility for any outcomes from the use or non-use of these products.

5. Medical Treatment Consent

By registering, you consent to:

  • Receive first aid or emergency medical care if deemed necessary during the workshop.

  • Release the Workshop Organiser, facilitators, staff, and any related parties from liability for any worsening of condition, side effects, or complications from such treatment, unless gross negligence can be proven.

6. Privacy of Fellow Participants

  • You agree to respect the confidentiality and vulnerability of others in the space.

  • You will not share personal stories or identifying details of other participants outside the workshop.

  • Breaches of this agreement may result in immediate removal from the event and potential legal consequences.

7. Photo & Video Release

  • This workshop may include photography and/or video recording for promotional, educational, or archival purposes.

  • By registering, you grant the Workshop Organiser the right to use your image, voice, or likeness in any photo, video, or audio recordings taken during the event.

  • You consent to these recordings being used in social media, websites, promotional materials, or publications with no compensation or further approval required.

  • If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, you must advise the organiser in writing before the event begins. Reasonable efforts will be made to exclude you, but this cannot be guaranteed.

8. Third-Party Providers

  • The Workshop Organiser may engage third parties (e.g. venues, catering, accommodation).

  • While care is taken to work with reputable providers, the Workshop Organiser is not liable for their conduct, service delivery, or any issue arising from third-party providers.

9. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Tickets are non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • You may transfer your ticket to another person by providing written notice at least 48 hours in advance.

  • If the organiser must cancel, you will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event.

  • No refunds are issued for voluntary withdrawal during the event or for non-disclosure of health-related concerns.

10. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

By registering, you understand and accept that:

  • The workshop may involve intense physical, emotional, or energetic release.

  • You may experience discomfort, fatigue, trauma activation, or unexpected physical or emotional responses.

  • You voluntarily assume all risk, including the risk of illness, injury, emotional distress, trauma, and death.

  • You hereby release and discharge the Workshop Organiser, Rhiannon Heins, facilitators, employees, volunteers, contractors, and venue providers from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages (including legal fees), even if caused by negligence, except in the case of gross negligence or misconduct.

  • This waiver is binding, and applies to all aspects of your participation, including travel to and from the event.

11. Force Majeure

  • The Workshop Organiser is not liable for cancellations or changes due to events outside their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, pandemic, government restrictions, or venue closure.

  • In such events, every effort will be made to reschedule or offer a credit, but refunds may not be possible.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to the following process:

  1. Attempt informal resolution by contacting the organiser at [email protected].

  2. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to mediation via the Law Society of Western Australia.

  3. Litigation may only be pursued if mediation fails.

  4. All disputes will be handled confidentially. No party will post or discuss any dispute publicly, including on social media or public forums.

  5. Public comments may be treated as defamatory and subject to legal action.
